You always have the right to view and correct your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Materials innovation institute M2i. Finally, you have the right to be ‘forgotten’. This means that we must delete all your data, provided that this does not conflict with our legal obligations.
Data portability
You are also entitled to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal information we have to you or a person or organization designated by you. If so, please send a copy of your ID with your request so that we can be sure that the request has been made by you. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy.

Request for inspection
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@m2i.nl . We only handle written requests and respond to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks at the latest.
If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your personal data, you can submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the following link: Authority Personal Data .
